It is a scrapbook of ca. 85 prints and 12 drawings, principally depicting churches and ecclesiastical palaces in Rome, most of them constructed during the Renaissance.
The prints are chiefly views, mostly issued in publications, but some appear to be single sheets. Printmakers include Giovanni Battista Falda, Giuseppe Vasi, Giovanni Giacomo Rossi, Rocchus Pozzi, and Alexander Specchi. Subjects include the Vatican Palace, the baldacchino of St. Peter's, the Villa Giulia, early Christian churches in Rome, fountains, the Porta del Popolo, and Cardinal Nerli's villa.
